Travel within Greater Copenhagen is included. Anywhere else — Aarhus, the Skagen coast, Stockholm, the Dolomites, Iceland — is charged at cost. Transport, and lodging if the schedule calls for an overnight. No travel markup, no day rate on top. You see the receipts.
